Solix Hub Terms of Service 1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing, obtaining, or using a key for Solix Hub you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use this key or its key system. Consent requires clear, informed acceptance. Courts may refuse to enforce terms that are hidden or unclear 2. License & Key Usage Each key grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software in accordance with these terms. You may not share, resell, distribute, sublicense, or rent any key or access. Attempts to bypass, modify, or tamper with the key system may result in revocation and termination of the license. 3. Intellectual Property All rights to Solix Hub and its components are owned and retained by the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the software, except as permitted by law. Unauthorized use may infringe copyright or violate contract law 4. Compliance & Prohibited Uses You bear responsibility for ensuring your use does not violate any third-party terms, including those from Fortnite or any platform. Unauthorized cheating, exploitation, or providing unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Epic Games and others actively pursue legal action against cheating and related violations 5. No Warranty The software and key system are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. There are no guarantees of uptime, performance, support, or compatibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, are disclaimed. 6. Limitation of Liability Your use of the software is at your own risk. In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising from use of the software, including lost data, bans, account actions, or legal consequences. This limitation applies in all legal contexts to the fullest extent allowed. 7. Indemnification You agree to defend and indemnify the developer from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from: your violation of these Terms, your use of the software, or any claim that your use violates third party rights or obligations. 8. Refund & Revocation Policy All sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. Keys may be revoked without notice if used improperly or in violation of these Terms. 9. No Affiliation with Roblox or Others Solix Hub is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or connected to Roblox or any third-party platform. Any use with such software is at your discretion and risk. 10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means acceptance. Significant changes will be highlighted. Note: Courts require clear notice for enforceability 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective. 12. Records & Enforcement We may maintain records of key issuance, activations, and revocations as needed to enforce these Terms and address disputes 13.
